Privacy Policy
This page explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and what happens when you leave our site for a booking partner. We keep it simple because this site is an independent guide, not the attraction or the seller. If you book through an outbound link, the partner’s own privacy policy and terms apply from that point.

This privacy policy covers colosseum-arenatickets.com. We run an independent travel guide for Colosseum Arena in Rome. We do not run the attraction, and we do not take bookings ourselves.
What we collect
We collect very little personal data. If you email us at info@colosseum-arenatickets.com, we will see your email address, the message you send, and any details you choose to include.
If we use basic analytics, they may record simple site use data such as page views, device type, browser type, and rough location. That helps us understand which pages people read and where the site needs work.
- We do not ask for passenger names or card details.
- We do not process bookings, issue tickets, or hold payment data.
- We do not see the booking contents of a partner reservation.
When you click a booking link
Some links on this site go to GetYourGuide using our affiliate code. If you click one, GetYourGuide may receive the fact that the visit came from our site. That is how affiliate tracking works.
From that point on, GetYourGuide controls the booking flow and its own privacy policy governs the data you enter there. If you make a purchase, the seller or operator on that platform handles the booking, payment, confirmation, and customer support for that order.
Cookies and similar storage
This site may use cookies or similar tools for basic site functions and analytics. They help pages load, measure traffic, and remember simple settings if we use them.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can also use private browsing mode.
- Some site features may work less well if cookies are disabled.
How long we keep email messages
We keep emails only as long as needed to answer the message, keep a short record of the exchange, and meet legal or tax duties if they apply. In normal use, that means we do not keep old email threads forever.
If you ask us to delete a message, we will review the request and remove it where we can, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Your data rights
If you are in the UK or EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the way your personal data is used. You may also have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
Those rights depend on where you live and on the legal basis for the data. They are not the same in every country, and they do not override record-keeping we must keep for legal reasons.
- You can ask us what we hold.
- You can ask us to correct wrong details.
- You can ask us to delete email records, where allowed.
- You can object to some processing, including direct marketing if we ever send it.
Our limits
We can explain the site and the booking routes, but we cannot change partner policies, refund rules, ticket availability, or the way a booking platform handles your data. For those matters, you need the seller’s own terms and privacy policy.
This page is for transparency. It does not replace the booking provider’s own terms, which govern any purchase you make there.
Corrections and updates
If we find a mistake in this policy or on the site, we will correct it. We also review this page when our site setup changes, such as analytics, contact methods, or partner links.
